Great breakfast with a variety of Western and Chinese food. Good service from restaurant staff and the housekeeping team kept the room clean and tidy. The location was central to major tourist spots and easy access to public transportation and shopping centers.

Poor quality of the room, with outdated and worn-out furniture. Lack of adequate English communication made it difficult to navigate the area and order food.

Upon arrival, this hotel's luxurious and exclusive amenities fulfilled our every need. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff taking care of everything. the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were truly top-class, offering a relaxing and refreshing experience. the room was equipped with exclusive advantages, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were impressed by the restaurant and bar/lounge area, both offering a wide choice of delicious food and drinks. the private facilities were also outstanding, adding to the luxurious experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, which was not ideal. Although this hotel had location advantages such as being close to the train station, it was not within walking distance of the city centre, meaning that we had to take transport to get there.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean rooms. the pool and fitness center were also well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing break. the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby shopping areas and restaurants.

The hotel staff was really good, offering us a free upgrade and carrying our luggage upstairs. The breakfast was delicious, with unique daily specials brought to our table. The room was comfortable with a luxurious tub and just the right temperature. The location was convenient, with shopping centers and transportation nearby.
